Uniform Medical Plan Update

UPDATE: 11/18/2010...

Starting Jan. 1st of 2011, Uniform Medical Plan will be administered by Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield.  I am not a provider for the Regence network, and the Uniform network of providers is being eliminated.  Out-of-network care is apparently not going to be available for massage therapy.  Continuing care with me from Jan. 1, 2011 and thereafter will mean switching to a self-pay client.  For those who have flex-spending accounts, I can provide invoices to be applied toward your flex-spending account.  Please contact me to discuss this if you have any further questions.
