If you have allergies, then here is some information that might apply to your situation:

• I use regular Tide HE detergent for washing the linens. If you are allergic to Tide HE, you could bring some sheets to your session (two flat twin sheets and a pillowcase washed in your detergent) or take a shower after your session to remove any massage lotion or detergent.
• In most treatment sessions I do not use any lotion. When I do use lotion, it is Biotone Advanced Therapy Massage Lotion which is listed as hypoallergenic. If you are worried about possible reaction to the lotion, please contact Biotone through their web site (http://www.biotone.com)
• All sheets are 100% Cotton, or a poly-cotton blend.
• All blankets are 100% Polyester.
