If you have been injured on the job and have an open L&I case, then medically necessary massage will be covered with a doctor's prescription.

If Washington state Labor and Industries will be covering the payment of your session(s):

• Before your first appointment, please call and provide me with the following information so I can verify your coverage:
• Your claim adjuster's name and phone number
• L&I claim number
• Bring the following with you to your first appointment:
  • Prescription from your PCP (Primary Care Provider)
  • Identification (driver's license/state ID)
