Rates are for standard session lengths. Sessions are tailored to your needs — the rate covers the full session time regardless of which modalities are used.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment: Mark requires twenty-four hours advance notice for appointments 60 and 90 minutes in length, and forty-eight hours advance notice for appointments 2 hours or longer in length. Failure to do so will result in fees due for the full scheduled session time.

If you arrive late, I'll do my best to fit in a full session. However, sessions must end at their scheduled time to respect other clients' bookings. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early, especially for your first visit.
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods:
Your first session includes a detailed intake assessment and postural evaluation before the hands-on work begins. Mark suggests you schedule a 90 minute session for your first appointment. In addition, budget some extra time at either end for parking and discussion after the hands on work.
Payment will only be refunded for pre-paid appointments that are canceled with enough notice as per the Canceling, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policies. If payment needs to be refunded, any fees related to the processing of the transactions will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Coverage options vary. Please contact the office for current information on what is and isn't accepted.
Mark no longer provides direct billing of any insurance for massage therapy and bodywork. If your medical plan has out-of-network coverage for massage therapy, he will provide upon request invoices and chart notes for you to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement.
Mark is not a provider for Labor and Industries.
Mark is not a direct provider for auto/PIP claims.
